Born and raised in Dublin, Andy Doyle moved to the United States on a football (soccer) scholarship — a chapter that became 20 years abroad. Over the last 11 of those years, he built a distinguished real estate career in Orange County, California, ultimately becoming a partner agent with The Private Client Group at Compass, one of the top-performing real estate teams in the United States.
Andy’s business has been built on honesty, responsiveness, and strategic thinking, with a strong focus on client advocacy and professional representation. His experience in the U.S. real estate market shaped his approach to negotiation, transparency, and high-level buyer representation.
In 2023, while still living in the United States, Andy and his American wife, Natalie, purchased their family home in Dublin remotely, working with a trusted buyer’s agent in Ireland. Navigating international time zones, virtual property viewings, legal coordination, and cross-border logistics gave him firsthand insight into what it truly takes to buy property in Ireland from abroad.
In 2025, their family officially relocated to Ireland. Today, Andy advises U.S.-based buyers purchasing property in Ireland, as well as Irish expats returning home. Having personally managed an international move, he understands both the financial and lifestyle considerations involved. His role is not simply to facilitate a transaction, but to provide trusted, on-the-ground representation so clients can make confident, well-informed decisions at every stage of their move to Ireland.
Whether you’re relocating, investing, or buying a second home, my goal is simple: to make buying property in Ireland from the US clear, efficient, and stress-free.
I also bring first-hand experience buying property in Dublin while living in the United States. I’ve personally navigated the challenges of purchasing from abroad: time zone differences, remote viewings, legal coordination, and making confident decisions without being on the ground. I understand the stress—and the solutions—because I’ve lived it.
For American buyers, purchasing property in Ireland can feel unfamiliar compared to the US system. My role is to bridge that gap with the service standards American clients are accustomed to.
“Andy’s talent and enthusiasm for networking and real estate helped me find the perfect home. Not only was the process smooth, but he went above and beyond to make the experience fun. Buying a home can be stressful, but Andy was trustworthy and didn't stop until I was happy and the deal was closed.”
